I think sometimes they overbook themselves. Appointments are every 15 minutes but clearly some take longer than 15 minutes. Then even when you have an appt you still have to wait.

Stylist was awesome!! Building was hot and my grandson was swearing by the time we had his haircut. Stylists were running 20 minutes behind. But she did a great job with him.

Had appointment at 10 am only one hour after they opened. We had to wait 25+ minutes to start our appointment. Disappointed especially when our whole family had to wait.
