It was a hectic day and we found out someone had called in sick. It seemed to have affected the stylists, as they were rushed. My child’s haircut is now uneven in the back, and took at most 10 minutes, maybe even less. The stylist was very kind, but just seemed stressed. And there was no one checking people in or assisting up front.

My young toddler was understandably uncomfortable with getting a haircut and being in a new environment. The stylist stood back and watched me struggle to make him comfortable which only added to his discomfort. She did not try to make him feel welcome, she did not introduce herself, she was not at all warm and friendly. As a result, he could not get calm and it made her a bit frustrated. Had she attempted to be warm and friendly from the start, I know the entire experience could have been more positive for everyone involved.

It takes special people to want to work with small children. These people acted like they didn’t want to be there. I also had an appointment but had to wait. With the COVID situation they should spread the appointments out more. Way too many kids in lobby touching everything.

Was confused why the stylists were not wearing masks, especially when serving unvaccinated children. Will not be back until that is fixed.

It was my daughter’s “baby” first hair cut. It felt like it wasn’t present in a way other than a hair cut. I signed up for baby’s first hair cut which I would have thought was something a little more special. I asked to keep my daughters in which it was put in the tiniest little baggie with strand sticking out. The presentation of the “baby first hair cut “ rather underwhelming. Jennifer
