My son (3yo) LOVES going to get his haircut at Cookie Cutters on 146th Street in Carmel. He enjoys being able to pick out a special chair and watch his favorite TV show. I love that he gets a great haircut and a stress-free experience. All the hair stylists are friendly and engaging with my son. We can't say enough good things.
