Went there with my kid to have a haircut. My kid’s hair with Stephanie was really good. She was very friendly, professional, and my son loved it. But my haircut with Reba was not a good experience. What can I say, my hair looks horrible. Im glad that she didn’t cut my son’s hair. She had a very heavy hand, was not gentle, and I got a very uneven haircut. Seriously, really bad experience. Unfortunately.

Sign says if you’re late they will make you reschedule yet we were 10 minutes early and you went 25 minutes past our appt and let a walk in go before us. Bad business

This is the first time we have experienced this lack of care. We had an appt and arrived a couple mins early, However the place was running behind....For a 630pm we were seen after 645pm. I am not sure what the point of having an appt is if we are not seen close to the time. The person cutting our child's hair did not ask how we wanted it cut, they just started cutting his hair. We had to stop them and ask if they wanted to check with us before cutting his hair. The person cutting out kid's hair had a rather strong body oder and had their apple earbuds in the either time. Once the haircut was finished, his hair was cut was awful. Not even and chucks gone. Needless to say there are other options for kids cuts and we will be looking for another location.

We arrived a few minutes after 9 AM. We were not greeted with a nice friendly smile when we walked in and got the feeling she’d rather us not be there. The service was just OK. I stated how we would like our son’s hair cut with the kids shorter than the top. My son’s hair was almost 2 inches long and she was only taking off the tiniest amount off the top. There were stray hairs all over and not even in some spots. I fixed it at home because I didn’t want to have to keep asking her to cut it and not get the result I wanted. Not impressed for a place that’s supposed to be geared towards little kids.

For an establishment that is for children.....the staff was not kid friendly or enthusiastic about their job. I expected more.

They got to us 15 minutes after our appointment. I showed her a pic of how my son likes his hair cut, she cut his hair too short, almost like a buzz cut! Over priced, and underqualified. We’ll not be returning.
