Normally when we come to get a haircut the experience is great, today the stylist acted as if our child was a burden and didn’t know how to deal with a child afraid of haircuts. If we return we will request a new stylist.

I went to cookie cutters for my 2 years old son’s haircut. He usually cries a lot during the haircut and he did the same this time as well. But the girl who cut his hair was not patient and really did not treat him nicely. She did a poor job with the haircut. When we requested her to trim his hair a little more she told us it will be another haircut charge. Overall disappointing, we won’t visit this place again.

I was disappointed with the overall experience. The cushion for the hair wash station was extremely damaged making it impossible to sanitize appropriately. Old raggedy towels were used for cushioning my daughter’s neck. The chairs for each haircut station are not well maintained. I expected that for a salon that specializes in haircuts for children, the area would be cleaner and professionally maintained. After the hair washing and cutting, my child’s hair was not dried, sent outside with wet hair. Had to dry her hair when returned home. Very disappointed.

I’ve been taking my kids here but not anymore. Their customer service was never good and this time was worst experience ever.

Terrible customer service. Whoever you have working at this location should be reviewed and take a course on customer service skills. There is a way to handle situations. Being rude, rolling eyes, not being accommodating, and poor attitude are unacceptable. I asked who I could speak with to discuss how this was handled and both employees said to take it up with corporate! Wow! So unprofessional and not at all the way things should be handled when speaking with a customer.
