The lady who cut my children’s hair was very nice and gave good haircuts but she took her mask down to blow the hair away from my sons neck and with Covid did not think that was the best choice.

My husband took our son in for his cut and when he came home I was surprised that several pieces of hair were missed on top. For reference he started with about 2” on top and took it down to a number 3 buzz cut. We had to get out the comb and scissors at home to try to fix it. Will likely get out my husbands Wahl set to rerun the top part tomorrow.

We’ve been going to Cookie Cutters for years, and this was our first poor experience. I believe we had a newer stylist. We asked for a hard part, and it was way off from his natural part and too wide. As you can see from the pic, it wasn’t great. Will be booking with other stylists we’ve seen previously going forward.

Erika did a great job! She was friendly and worked quickly. I would recommend her for sure. The store itself could use a little work. It seems very outdated.
