A good experience overall. The stylist did a nice job keeping my son engaged while working on his cut and being friendly and patient. The play area is clean and kept stocked with books and chalk for the chalkboard wall. Two fairly minor complaints: 1) I always make an appointment and we have yet to wait less than 15 minutes (longest was 30 minutes). 2) There is usually a sign stating they are low on cash and asking for cash tips instead of added to a credit card purchase. When I have an AM appointment and they already have the sign out it makes me think they aren't planning appropriately
