I have been taking my boys to this place since theyve both needed their hair cut for the last few years. After yesterday's experience with the girl doing my son's hair we won't come back or recommend this place anymore to family or friends. His hair cut usually takes 5 -10 minutes. Yesterday took the girl over 45 minutes and it's a choppy job that we could have done better at home. My son sits well so this isn't his fault. My only hope is that his hair will regrow back before school starts so we can attempt to get it fixed elsewhere. $25 wasted. Retrain your staff to do a better job or don't hire people that can't do a simple kids cut.

This lady had no idea what she was doing. I can’t believe I even tipped her $10. To pay 26$ for a cut like this is ridiculous, you should see the sides. The back was completely uneven. I had to buy $35 razor and shave his head. I’ll never come back to this place again, Katie is not good at boy haircuts and should not be allowed to cut boys hair. She tried telling me how to style his hair but I know it was because she messed it up so much. I’m livid. I want my money back. Luckily hair grows back but we have a photoshoot coming up and now it’s ruined.

The girl cutting my child’s hair was extremely rude. He started to cry and she looked at him and said “oh wow” and then made a face at the cashier. She was extremely un-understanding that my child was scared. The cashier was also extremely short with me and very unfriendly. I will not be taking my child back here or ever recommending this place to anyone. It’s a shame because the woman we had the first time here was incredible.

Very upset with the service my husband received today. Called to see If we could switch and come In earlier after my appointment that was supposed to be with Amanda switched to being with Helen. Lady on the phone said it’s fine after I told her we would be there in 15 minutes , traffic happens they were 5 minutes late. When my husband arrived, a rude comment of “that was 20 minutes ago” was said which was not appreciated. I am a paying customer and I don’t know any kids salon that doesn’t take walk ins. Anyway, the individual that cut my sons hair was very nice to him, the other one not so much. I though a kids haircut place should have nice and happy individuals working there I guess not this one. Def will not come back nor will I ever refer anyone. Smart comments are not appreciated.

Our experience today went downhill right as we showed up. We scheduled with Ja’Net and she was “too busy” to take us in and were put with someone else. My sons hair cut was completely ruined. The hairstylist was incompetent and did not know what she was doing. This is not the first time we schedule with someone and get handed off to someone else. I feel like if we are scheduled with a hairstylist we should be respected and be seen by the person we schedule with. I’m my opinion I should not of been charged due to poor quality of haircut.

The stylist was doing hurriness while cutting hair … it’s look like she just want to finish as quick as possible…. As with the kids we like to take time with the hair cuts … she cut the hair uneven from the front and she didn’t even gave time to think that it’s okay or no …
