Store opens at 9 yet when we arrived for our 10am appointment the store was not open. Woman working clearly saw us outside waiting while she opened the store. Never said anything to us about the wait. Did not know how to print a certificate. Not personable at all. Haircut was good, but everything else was poor. Will not be returning nor will I recommend it to anyone.

This was “after” the haircut. It looks messy and overall you can tell she had no idea what she was doing. Took not even 5 full minutes and when I repeatedly asked her to fix the spots she kept messing up she said she didn’t see any issues. Ended up taking him elsewhere the same day because the haircut looked so bad and was so uneven.

Ja net was a little abrasive and said sooner things that made my girls uncomfortable. Also, were used to complcated braiding after haircut and it sad a small braid

The stylist had no idea how to do a hard line. She took forever with the haircut and it still didn't look like what I had showed her. The receptionist wasn't very pleasant. Also I gave her a coupon and she didn't know how to process it and said she had already checked me out. Worst experience at a kids haircut place

The hairdresser cut her finger while cutting my sons hair then proceeded to cut his hair with her bloody finger trying to hide it. She should have stopped and gotten it taken care of. All the blood on her finger was going into my sons hair. She did not seem to be very familiar with how to cut a child’s hair.

I will be calling in the morning to get the cut fixed. I asked her to keep it long and get it out of my sons face but instead she gave him a straight bang cut and it looks silly. She was very nice but seemed very nervous cutting my wiggly toddlers hair. Very uneven cut
