It looks horrible. He looks like he has a bowl cut in the front and it was crazy uneven. Didn’t line him up in the back or around the ears… he enjoys going because of the environment and everyone is nice but this was an absolutely horrible haircut, pretty expensive for such poor quality work.

We have come here for several cuts and they have been great, this time however, was not. There was not the same level of care or patients for our toddler while getting their hair cut, we left with an unfinished cut- and only spent about 10 minutes with the stylist. It felt very rushed and as if our child was an inconvenience as they were a little afraid of the whole process. Our child also left with a lot of nicks on their neck, which has not been the case in previous appointments.

Katie did my sons cut. He is a difficult toddler to cut but other stylists have done his cut before at this salon and have done fine. Katie rushed through the cut and it was left uneven and thin and thickets spots. Top was cut too fast as well. Before I could look to see how it looked she had slathered gel onto his hair flattening it and making it difficult to tell how the cut looked. His ear was a lot clipped in the buzzer and bleeding. I understand he was crying and hard to hold and cut but going slower like the other stylists would have been better. Disappointed in the cost for the cut he received.

Stylist Sandi was rather crabby and rushed. While I understand that the haircut I showed her may not work, the cut she gave was not at all what we asked for.

We had the first appointment at 10 am and waited 30 minutes for the manager to show up and unlock the salon. She was kind and apologized but no discount was iffered for the 30 minute delay.
