The entire hair cut was rushed. The stylist did not give an opportunity for us to express concerns on the haircut itself… there were little to no differences on my son’s before and after. We were taken ten to fifteen minutes after our scheduled appointment time, only to be rushed during the service because they were closing shop.

Have had great experience in the past but this time was a bad one. Horrible haircuts for all the kids by the stylist. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning if this is the quality of work.

I've been getting haircuts for years and all barbers have always used tissue around the neck to prevent hair from getting onto the neck and collar. This is a problem especially with children and I suggested that they be careful to use something to keep the hair trimmings off the collar and neck but they don't use anything

I brought my grandson in to get his hair cut for school. It was a challenge since his hair was below his shoulders. When the stylist was done, it seemed to look okay, but as the day went on, we could see all of the flaws.we were very disappointed. Will be going back today to see if a different stylist can fix it.

My husband took my two sons this morning for their haircuts. While we typically only like to go to Mimi, we were unable to book with her and assumed we’d be ok booking with another stylist. The experience was not good and has continued to disappoint anytime we do not have Mimi as our stylist. We booked my sons at 10 and 10:15 on purpose so my husband could assist with each as they got their haircuts but instead, they took both at once and he was bouncing between the two stylist throughout the appointment. My youngest son did not have nearly enough taken off after he asked for more and my oldest top is so choppy and not even, especially in the bang/front area. As soon as the stylists started cutting, other customers walked in and they were super rushed and not paying attention to the clients in their chair. They seemed completely overwhelmed and not taking the time to ensure a quality haircut or experience. In addition, we booked both of these with coupons that we received online and even though we showed both, they would only take one and we had to pay full price for the other even though it should have been the $8 off. Not happy at all with the experience, quality, or customer service provided. I think it’s officially time to make a switch to another salon.
