The environment itself was very toddler/ kid-friendly. Unfortunately, our stylist was not. This was our first haircut experience and our stylist made several remarks about my child’s hair and lack of being groomed and taken care of (hair). The stylist was not at all gentle with the brushing part of my child’s hair, nor did she seem to care when my child remarked about how hot the hairdryer was. I wish our stylist would have taken the time to show my little one everything that she was going to do, rather than rushing through the process and making this an unfortunate experience.

We will likely be back however we will absolutely not be having April cut our boys hair. This is the second time she has cut my sons hair and both times the cut has been super uneven. My kids sit still and do not mind haircuts so that is not the issue. When my husband brought it to her attention that my sons hair was uneven she had no clue how to fix it. During our recent visit she tried three times to correct the cut before basically leaving my son with a shaved head. I could have done that! My son likes his hair longer and this was very upsetting to him. It would be one thing if she gave a poor haircut one time but twice in a row is not a coincidence.

Place was nice, clean good environment for kids. But the haircut was terrible. I know he was moving around a lot but his hair line in the back was a wavy line. Plus there was a huge chunk of hair missed in the back

We’ve been here before but this experience was just okay. The stylist was nice but didn’t obtain the haircut I wanted for my daughter. The lengths and esp bangs are very choppy and uneven. I will have to bring my daughter to another salon to fix the problem.

The place was very dirty with hair everywhere. My little guy grabbed a huge clump of hair while playing on the slide. His haircut is uneven and needs to be redone elsewhere

Mimi is fantastic! Every other stylist we have had has not done a great job. We will only be going back to see Mimi.
