They hair is REALLY REALLY uneven around the ears. I even asked them to blow dry it so they could double check it. When I said something about it they said that’s how it’s supposed to be it looks terrible

I have been going to this hair salon for my kids for 2 years. The ladies know me, and never once has anybody mentioned the loyalty program to me. That’s very upsetting because I have 2 kids who get haircuts very frequently which costs us $55 each visit and I know I would have tons of rewards and discounts if someone told me about this program……. Luckily there’s a sign in the bathroom and that’s how I found out.

I feel as though the number of people in the shop and the flow could be better controlled. I thought that I had read in the company’s Covid -19 response that customers were to have a scheduled appointment, call from the parking lot when they arrived and then would be called in when the stylist was available. I did that but no one else did. During this time that should be a hard and fast rule, wait in your car or outside until your appointment can begin. There were too many people hanging around here in the shop waiting. Also customers walked in without masks. They are required. I understand it’s uncomfortable to enforce but it’s for the safety of everyone there. Children over 2 years old are required to wear masks. There were children in the shop well over the age of 5 without masks and not being addressed by staff. When I read what the company intended to do to keep everyone safe, I felt like it was a good place to take my boys. While there, I felt that there were too many people inside unnecessarily. I was happy to see staff constantly sanitized and wearing masks, but did not notice them washing hands between clients. Thank feel as though more can be done to make the visit a safer risk. Was if someone new this time and they cut my son's hair wrong. Way too short on the top and alot of random hairs not cut. Very disappointed.

Lochlan struggled with his haircut this time and the lady cutting his hair didn’t seem very patient and flustered. His hair looks pretty bad in the back.

Was not happy with how my sons hair turned out. I asked multiple times about fixing spots. Then I got home and he has two spots in the back of his head that are way shorter than the rest of his hair. Have to take him elsewhere to fix this haircut tomorrow
