The hair cut my son got was so bad. It was on the shorter but super badly blended. I should of waited for Mimi she’s the best at giving him hair cuts.

This is my third time at the salon, Mimi is really nice so is a lady who loves the pets movie. My experience this time around was very tense due to an older gentleman micromanaging everyone at the salon. Not a pleasant ambiance. But my first two visits were great!

My son has had his hair cut here many times and I never have had an issue but today, the lady who cut his hair was so slow. She was super nice but it took her 55mins to cut my 4 year old son's hair. He sat so still and did so great I was shocked at how great he did for how long it took. I also had to keep telling her to just shave the one side but she kept thinking it out to get rid of the bulk I guess even though I said just shave it. At the end she asked if I liked it and I just said yes because it had already been 55mins when it normally takes 15mins. The other lady cutting hair had finished 4 kids hair cuts in the time it took this lady to finish my son. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this just upset me today.

The salon was very warm and extremely crowded. They only had the back door open and seemed to have no air conditioning going. We had to wait 15 extra minutes from our actual appointment.

I love this place I will continue to go back!! I just think it was a bad day today because this never happens. But my child’s eyebrow was trimmed and I of course did not ask for that! And the blending was a bit off and harsh where he looks like he has a bowl over his head. I love the cleanliness and the hair dressers.

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and the person who cut my children's hair said that she was really stressed and that she would do it very quickly. I had an appointment for the two children that I had and when I told her that my daughter also got very annoyed and said it would be something quick and I told her I wanted the bob style for my daughter and she annoyed told me that it was something very difficult but she would do it anyway I didn't leave my daughter as I wanted but I was very uncomfortable so I didn't demand nothing I really like going there because of how attractive it is for children, but I don't like the attitude of its employees.
