My Grandson hates getting hair cut. He is as difficult as they come. Ja'Net is AMAZING with him and gets it done. We have so much fun with it. We love Cookie Cutters and the experience there.

Great first haircut for my almost 2 year old! Hes at that age where he had to be constantly moving, but he sat nice and still in the car and there were no tears. The salon has the perfect setup and I was very happy with the haircut.

As usual, the service at Cookie Cutters in Algonquin was exceptional! Even when the environment was a challenge with numerous kids crying, the staff remained patient and did a great job to address each individual child’s needs.

The staff treated my 4 year old twins with great care. My daughter was not even scheduled for service but was treated to a cute braid while waiting for her brother to finish his haircut. We will absolutely be back!

Our stylist rushed us and wouldn’t even pick the show for my son. She gave me the remote to rush us through. My second child was having a hard time and she didn’t offer any kind words or give him a reprieve during his haircut. I had to ask forcefully to give him a min to breathe and calm down. I paid for 2 haircuts and didn’t receive quality on either. She kept rushing us and didn’t give my kinds a second to acclimate to the environment. Why have a kids salon to cater to them who may be difficult to cut and talk nicely to them and take your time when someone is rude and rushing. We have been visiting for a few years but now we will never be back. Not worth the $50+ dollars. I had to trim both of them at home anyways.
