The same girl has cut my sons hair twice, both times me screamed and cried, she was hurting him. He has scrapes on his head from the blade. She was impatience and aggressive. Very bad attitude. It’s a shame he loved getting his hair cut at cookie cutters before. We have been getting his hair cut at cookie cutters for years. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and the person who cut my children's hair said that she was really stressed and that she would do it very quickly. I had an appointment for the two children that I had and when I told her that my daughter also got very annoyed and said it would be something quick and I told her I wanted the bob style for my daughter and she annoyed told me that it was something very difficult but she would do it anyway I didn't leave my daughter as I wanted but I was very uncomfortable so I didn't demand nothing I really like going there because of how attractive it is for children, but I don't like the attitude of its employees.

Ja’net was amazing with our almost 1 year old! She cut his hair perfectly and made him smile! We will be back

My son got his first haircut at Cookie Cutters and they made the experience so special for him. He loves the car chairs and the fact that they played Cocomelon on the tv for him to watch. They even had a bubble machine to entertain him. He did amazing and had a blast! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun place to get their child’s first haircut!

As a mom, the way my son was treated during his haircut today was painful to watch. He never cries during haircuts, but he cried the whole time today. He kept telling the stylist that she was hurting him and she completely ignored him. She was very aggressive with the clippers and the comb. She would pull and slam them down onto his head. It was as if she was just trying to get it done and over with with no regard for how my 5 year old was doing. She was combing his hair and pulling and he said it hurt and her only remark was “the comb is hurting you?” Never sorry, never taking a second to ask what was hurting or reassess. After the service, I was looking over the haircut and noticed his ear was bleeding She had cut his ear during the haircut. This is not a typical experience for us, as we use this location often and always have a good experience. This one though, totally unacceptable and I feel so sad for my son. I have included a photo of his ear. The back of his neck was also scratched up after the service.
