The staff was excellent, and the entire experience was about as best as I could've hoped for for my son's first hair cut! I didn't really know what was included in the first hair cut experience but I really enjoyed the certificate and the Photo! Those will go right into the baby book. I really enjoyed the TVs on at each station, once my son gets older something like that will really hold his attention! The only thing I noticed was the play place inside may need a thorough cleaning. Though since the pandemic I've been sensitive toward germs. Otherwise, amazing experience and likely planning on returning!

All of the employees did excellent! My little Savannah started to cry and freak out, and the front desk girl came with bubbles and a balloon which calmed her down quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Will definitely be back
