My son went in For a haircut and at the end when she finished she grab the powder brush thing to wipe off the hair but she literally dip the brush in the powder and put it on my son’s temple/eye and she posted there a couple times and then she did it the same to the other side and I was like there’s a lot of powder on his face and she said let me get a towel and I mean to me that was very rude because it got all in my sons I I was very dissatisfied with that

We are always very happy when Mimi cuts our boys hair. It’s always the perfect cut. Mimi is wonderful to talk to and is excellent with our boys!

Horrible experience! Made my 2 year old son and I wait for 25 mins past our appointment time, as I sat there watching the child in front of us get TOP NOTCH service. Then once it was our turn, she rushed through, was rough handling when cutting his hair, and didn't try to calm him down at all when he was screaming/crying. Knowing it was his first time using clippers, you think she'd try to make the experience pleasant for him so he's not terrified in the future. And she had an attitude on top of it all. Won't be going back to them EVER again!

Cookie Cutters is awesome! We tried cutting my son’s hair at home and it resulted in lots of tears. Mimi manages a quick cut that is super cute without any tears all while my son watches Baby Shark (his favorite). The service is worth every Penny we spend.
