Hi, We had brought my 3 year old, Apollo, for a haircut here many times and this is the first time we've been disappointed. The woman who cut my 3 yr old's hair did a poor job. His hair is now sticking up in the front and I have to put product in it to smooth it down. It looks ridiculous otherwise. Overall, his hair isn't laying down right - in some places it appears too long. The woman didn't appear to know how to talk to a 3 year old. She repeatedly gave him directions he didn't understand like "Put your shoulders down". She wasn't kid-friendly - her approach was more one you'd use with an adult. My son is always nervous and resistant about a haircut and the reason I specifically bring him to Cookie Cutters is because typically you guys are great with kids - you make them feel comfortable and know how to talk to them, and you know how to cut their hair even when they aren't great at sitting still. I'll be returning again, but I will make sure to not have an appt with this specific person again.
