Today was a rough day for my son because he isn’t a fan of haircuts, particularly with clippers, and he hadn’t had a nap. The girls were so sensitive to all of this and worked really well with him! His cut is so awesome and we will definitely be back. We came for our first cut back in March and we weren’t disappointed again. Thank you for being quick and great with babies!

I feel as though the number of people in the shop and the flow could be better controlled. I thought that I had read in the company’s Covid -19 response that customers were to have a scheduled appointment, call from the parking lot when they arrived and then would be called in when the stylist was available. I did that but no one else did. During this time that should be a hard and fast rule, wait in your car or outside until your appointment can begin. There were too many people hanging around here in the shop waiting. Also customers walked in without masks. They are required. I understand it’s uncomfortable to enforce but it’s for the safety of everyone there. Children over 2 years old are required to wear masks. There were children in the shop well over the age of 5 without masks and not being addressed by staff. When I read what the company intended to do to keep everyone safe, I felt like it was a good place to take my boys. While there, I felt that there were too many people inside unnecessarily. I was happy to see staff constantly sanitized and wearing masks, but did not notice them washing hands between clients. Thank feel as though more can be done to make the visit a safer risk.
