The reason why value was rated so poorly is because I purchased a three hair cut special on groupon. It was not noted on groupon I would only have until March 4th to use all three coupons. I asked the lady that cut my sons hair about it and she said I could transfer it to another child. My problem is I only have one child and he's two. The last haircut we did was Nov 4th. I dont know anyone who gets a haircut every month.

We booked last minute with no issue. Walked in, no wait. In and out within 15 minutes. Staff was super friendly. Our stylist cut my son's hair as I asked. The balloon and lollipop were a nice treat considering he was a bit hesitant to get his haircut. Overall, great first experience here.
