We were so rushed that my daughters haircut is so uneven. There were so many people there waiting around. We did get in right away but it was so rushed. The stylist was not patient at all with my daughter. I was explained to that the receptionist had to leave due to a family emergency. But come on already, last time we had to wait forever for our appointment this time we were so rushed and my daughter hair is uneven in the back. I can’t say that I could give your business another chance.

My son’s hair cut was the worst I have ever seen someone cut hair, it is so crooked and short in the front. I didn’t see how bad it was until we got home because she styled it. This was the first time I went to someone other than Natalia and I’m so disappointed. On top of it, my son had a cut on his ear..

We have had good experiences up until this time. We took my 1.5yr old to get their first haircut and had a stylist that we've never had before(our favorite stylist left :(). The stylist lacked good costumer service. Her body language and lack of communication with my child and us made it seem like she really didn't want to be there or maybe doesn't enjoy working with little ones. We had such an amazing first hair cut experience 3yrs ago with my oldest that we were excited to take our second for the same experience and it was a complete disappointment. It definitely wasn't worth the $26 and if we were to return, I will be picking the stylist instead of trusting that they're all great with kids.

My kids have loved going to Cookie Cutters for their hair cuts but our last visit was awful. The stylist was very abrupt and rough with my kids. While using the clippers she left red marks on my kids heads. She pulled their hair while cutting it that they were wincing the entire time. I felt awful for subjecting them to this torture. I haven’t had this experience in the past and there are great stylists working there.
