Son was already Apprehensive. Hair dresser didn’t let him get settled but started right in with a comb tearing the back of his head saying not my fault he has a knot and ripped it out of his head which had my son terrified and crying the rest of the cut. She said don’t worry I work fast we’ll that just left us with a butchered cut and uneven bangs. Who knows if I’ll be able to get another haircut with him because now he has a very negative experience and as did I. Our first experience two months ago the girl who cut his hair was patient and let me calm him throughout the cut I expected all stylists Do you have this kind of care and concern since working with kids

The stylist who cut my sons hair seemed as if she was having a bad day. She was not friendly AT ALL. He has never cried during his haircuts and he cried the whole time. We have never had a problem before but this was unacceptable.

I drove 35min for this place, because I heard they did the best, but totally ruined my baby’s first haircut. Paid for baby’s first cut package. My baby just got a cut, and the lady was in a major rush no balloon, no lollipop, no happy voice just rushed cutting and a picture on plain paper not even on photo paper. She put a bow on like it came with the package without asking if I would pay for it $7 more. Then she said “I don’t know I just work here.”

Hi, I took my daughter for a hair cut today and since we don’t have a cookie cutters close to us we drove a good 25-30 min to get to your location. We’ve had great hair cuts and professional service until today so my daughter was looking forward to getting her hair done. Today we were rushed, the stylist that cut my daughter’s hair wanted to finish her as soon as possible and to get my child out of her “ airplane chair” right away! I asked for layers and face framing and we got none of them!On the chairs next to us were 2 other girls ( approximately my daughter’s age) and those stylists were taking their time and offering them the quality of service we normally get! After today I will take my child somewhere else for her haircuts!
