I requested to have Mimi so my sons hair. My husband took him in and someone else cut his hair instead. His hair is completely uneven and there are long pieces in the back. This is why I asked for Mimi, because she is not only sweet to my son but she does an amazing job.I'm not sure what the point is picking a stylist If I can't get the person I request.

My son is a very rambunctious 2 yr old. And he doesn’t sit still ever. I know this makes haircuts difficult for him. However, it seemed like the woman who cut his hair had little to no experience with cutting toddlers hair. She was very slow moving, which is a bad mix for a toddler. It took what seemed like 10-15 mins of him sitting in the chair before she even started. He was fighting the cape and neck tape and I had to repeat myself maybe 4 times to just leave it off. Right off the bat I just told her I wanted it cleaned up, longer on top, but the best she could do since I knew my son wouldn’t sit still. She started to cut it in his neck with a trimmer, and he kept moving so it is now insanely crooked, his hairline is very high and he has red spots on his neck. Overall, his haircut isn’t terrible, he looks pretty good considering the hassle. But i would hope in the future the stylists figure out what works for each individual kid. And speed it up!

The Stylist, April was nice however her work is very sloppy. Through out he haircut she kept asking me how to cut some pieces of hair, while she is the expert. She complained several times that the haircut we asked for was a very hard cut to do. Her blending was bad. When she asked for help, Instead of paying attention to her co-worker . She was in the mirror playing with her hair. As I stated before she was very nice but I don’t think she’s great in this field.

I purchased the card for $95 on September 12, 2023. I have yet to use it and since I don’t physically have it, I was told that I couldn’t use it. I’m extremely disappointed that I bought something that I can’t use unless I have the number. Previously when I bought that option, it was able to be looked up. I’m very dissatisfied that I’m out of that money without the services being used. I’d like someone to please contact me with a solution. 309.838.2974. Lora

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and the person who cut my children's hair said that she was really stressed and that she would do it very quickly. I had an appointment for the two children that I had and when I told her that my daughter also got very annoyed and said it would be something quick and I told her I wanted the bob style for my daughter and she annoyed told me that it was something very difficult but she would do it anyway I didn't leave my daughter as I wanted but I was very uncomfortable so I didn't demand nothing I really like going there because of how attractive it is for children, but I don't like the attitude of its employees.

I love this place I will continue to go back!! I just think it was a bad day today because this never happens. But my child’s eyebrow was trimmed and I of course did not ask for that! And the blending was a bit off and harsh where he looks like he has a bowl over his head. I love the cleanliness and the hair dressers.
