Lovely space, air conditioned with perfectly pleasant modern jazz music playing. Rosa was a sweetheart and did a very nice job with my blowout. Very happy to see Davines products sold and used here, since I needed a refill of my Nounou, as well! To top it off, Alexander introduced himself as I was checking out and was also very gracious. This was a great experience, and I will be back.

I have been a client for 10+ years and am more than satisfied with the quality of the experience at Alex G, including the cuts, color and level of service. I frequently receive compliments on my hair and have referred multiple friends to Alex G.

I found it odd that there wasn't any communication regarding masks. Previously everyone wore one, but this time some did and some didn't. There was no clear communication and made me a little uneasy. I am vaccinated, but wore a mask. I feel like the expectation is still that everyone else should as well. Otherwise everything was good - nice color job and friendly service.

I was disappointed to see, and not for the first time, another customer not wearing a mask while in the shop. Although I was the only other customer I felt it was inconsiderate to me to allow for this. The services at your salon are very expensive and I would hope that my health and safety would be more important. It was hilarious seeing that customer put on a mask as she left the salon. My appointment was for cut and color, that was clear in the text messages exchanged to confirm the appt. But at the end my stylist seemed to forget that and I felt that I didn't get the standard quality cut that I was expecting, and usually get. Very disappointing, yet expensive, overall experience.
