Rosa has been doing my cut & color for years ,.. She is the best that’s out there here in San Francisco I always feel like a new woman !!! She always knows exactly what I want when I tell her ! The color is always perfect ! She’s an expert on various shades of blonde ! And so very friendly ! i couldn’t recommend her enough !
