Our experience was great. The ladies were dealing with flooding in the salon but still happily kept our appointment and treated us well.

The chairs for the kids were fun! There was a little play thing in the waiting area, but doesn't look like it gets swept off much. My kid was covered in hair going up and down it once. The bathroom also looks pretty gross. The stylist was great and friendly!

Nae was very professional and understanding with our son. She showed him the tools and let him feel the guard so he knew they wouldn't hurt. Our son is Autistic and any positive experience is celebrated. Thank you Nae for being great and accommodating even though you didn't know how special our kiddo is.

Kristi is the best and always has been so great with our son! She is very skilled, patient, and so calm especially when our son used to not cooperate as easily. She is amazing!
