They were running behind. We waited 45 mins past our appointment time. When it was my daughters turn the owner was rushing her. My daughter is only 2 and was very nervous. They were not as patient and understanding with small children as I had hoped. I paid for a first cut and didn't get her lock of hair they saved or got thrown out. I will not return and will not commend them to anyone.

The lady didn’t even give me time to buckle my daughter in. She rushed me and was visibly annoyed with my daughter. She didn’t ask what I wanted, just started cutting. I will never go to this location again. I have went to Greenwood location and loved every experience there. It is not the same hospitality at this location.

I usually have a great experience at my location, I didnt on Sunday March 1st. The girls working were okay, but on their phones, didn't really speak to me as a mother or my son. Our lady that usually takes care of my son was not there! She does a wonderful job! She even puts a little product in his hair with the style. This time it was someone I had never seen before and she did okay but didnt offer to style his hair with product or even really talk to me I felt uncomfortable and like I didnt belong there. I was disappointed. My son had cut his hair and after his hair was done I wanted to see if putting gel in his hair would help cover up where he cut his own hair. That didnt happen. I feel for paying 16.00 for a little boys haircut, is fine if they are going to make him look like.he had a hair cut and style his hair. It's not like they were busy. They were just sitting and standing around on phones.One girl behind the counter fidnt speak or smile nothing. She was rude. I'm not so sure I will come back. I will tell my friends how terrible customer service is there. Even the people at great clips are nicer and more social, and aren't just sitting on their phones.

My son cried the entire time, and the stylist seemed indifferent. He said he didn't like the blowdryer, and the stylist acknowledged it but kept using it. He sat still (while crying) and still got a crooked haircut that looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. I had no confidence she could fix it so I just accepted it to get the heck out of there and fixed it at home.

We always come to this location, but this will probably be my last time my children. We will choose a different location, or a different company in general. The last 2 times I’ve come with my oldest, we’ve happened to get the same lady each time. Both times have lacked ANY sort of professionalism or compassion. My son is tends to get scared of haircuts (which is why we chose a child specific location for haircuts) and she has zero patience for it. He doesn’t like the cape, he doesn’t like scissors, and she acts extremely annoyed with it. Every other set of parents were greeted, we were not. I also Explained that I dont Know clipper length, and she kept repeating her question. I truly don’t understand why someone who acts like this and doesn't have any enjoyment with kids works at a CHILD specific haircut place, around children who might need extra support.

Brittany cut my sons hair. I specifically asked her to only cut the top multiple times and she went on and cut his whole head MUCH shorter than I wanted. Her response was “I didn’t want it to be so long in the back”. First of all, it is not her child, second it is not her child’s hair. It does not matter what she “wants”. I as his parent did not want all of his curls cut off but she still did what she wanted. I will never recommend her and I will be telling everyone I know how horrible she is. We will not be back.
