As I was walking in store, stylist with blue hair shouted across the lobby that since I was late my daughter would not be able to have her complete services. Meanwhile the kind and thoughtful stylist that did my daughters hair was still cutting the client before and continued until 15 minutes after I got there so would have had to wait anyway? I would have walked out right away for being called out like that but my daughter needed a cut. Thank goodness for the professionalism of the stylist who offered to braid my daughters hair to make up for the embarrassment.

I got a parent cut and it’s way shorter than I asked for. I hate it. My son’s hair is choppy. I understand he was crying, but this haircut is not good.

We were not at all satisfied with our service. I paid extra for the shampoo with the haircut. The hair was not sectioned when she cut it. I barely noticed anything taken off. The hair was not sectioned when it was cut and then she dried a portion of her hair after and left it about 60% still wet. I got home wet down her hair anWe were not at all satisfied with our service. I paid extra for the shampoo with the haircut. The hair was not sectioned once she was done, cutting my daughters hair cut hair and brushed it so that I could dry it and it was uneven! Will not return and would like a refund.

We explained very clearly that we wanted a small trim. We wanted his hair to remain longer and the stylist, Brittney, gave him an incredibly short cut. We typically love our experiences with cookie cutter, but this stylist did not cut our child's hair remotely close to what we asked for.

I keep coming back to try again but each time I am disappointed. The stylists I get aren't providing any suggestions or advice on what types of things you can do. My daughters hair is all one length and we came in for a normal trim. The stylist we had cut her hair pretty choppy and uneven, so much that each time she said she was done, I had to show her how uneven it was and the underneath layers were longer and showing, this happened twice. For a simple trim of a girls hair I would think the quality would be much better and I wouldn't have to correct or show the stylist what is wrong. If that was the case, not sure why I would pay $16 for a cut when I could have done that myself at home. I don't think I will be going back as I have tried multiple times now.
