I didn't feel like our stylist was very good with kids. She was not gentle or patient and she seemed annoyed the entire time she was cutting their hair. She made some rude/snippy remarks regarding them not holding still or looking the correct direction. When she was done, one of my kids' pant legs was covered in hair pretty bad. I asked if she had a little broom or lint roller to get some of it off and her response was "He kept moving the cape. Just use the towel I gave you. Sweatpants are literally the worst thing to wear to a hair appt." On top of everything else, the haircuts are a little uneven and I found a few long hairs that were missed. She also took off a lot more on one kid than I wanted. Just very disappointed with this trip. Not sure if I want to try a different stylist next time or switch salons. For the record, my mom came with us and before I could say anything, she made a comment about how rude our stylist was, so it wasn't just me that felt that this way.

Wasn’t impressed. Scheduled an appointment and still had to wait 20mins before being seated. Stylist rushed through hair cut.

I asked for just a trim with scissors for my son since he is still young and not too much hair. His hair was cut way to short and also the shaver was used leaving his hairline by his neck inches higher then it had been as well as above his ears. The first time I went to Cookie cutters he had a nice clean up and this time his hair is terribly short and the cut resembles a bowl cut and looks terrible.

I live out of town and hit unexpected construction and couldn’t find a place to park that was close to the shop. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, treated rudely by your employee in front of the other customers and had to wait 40 minutes for my toddlers hair cut.

This was our 2nd visit to cookie cutters and part of my likelihood to refer family/friends has to do with the first visit as it was spectacular. This visit I had an appointment for 4:15 and was made to wait until 4:50 with a toddler during social distancing times. It was very stressful and though the stylist apologized my pricing was not changed and a gift card/discount was not offered for the next cut. I felt this was highly unprofessional as an organization. There was a walk-in that walked in right in front of me and her 2nd child was completed before my child was even started that did have an appointment. We will be back because the stylists are great and perhaps it was just a fluke on the day, but it was not a great overall experience as it was 60 minutes in total length and the hair cut only taking about 5-10 minutes of that time. Thank you!
