Kathy at the Noblesville,IN location was wonderful!. The last few times we had my son's hair cut he had a melt down the entire time. He is terrified of the clippers and scissors. The previous appt he was shouting, screaming, crying so much he was scaring the other kids. I was nervous so I made sure to get the earliest slot possible to avoid crowds and as many other kids as I can. I warned Kathy multiple times he fights and screams and not once did she make me feel awkward or embarrassed. She just reassured me it was fine and it was normal. To my complete shock and surprise, not one tear and not one scream. He was scared a little but Kathy was wonderful and patient with him. She would stop if he seemed like he was getting overwhelmed and explain to him what she was doing, allowed him to participate by touching the buzzers and calmed him. I am so over the moon about my experience today. The entire time she was playful with him, kept me in the loop to make sure what she was doing was to my liking and the hair cut was done way faster than I was expecting and he looks wonderful. Kathy is AMAZING! Thank you so much!
