Autumn did a great job!! We were so worried as this was his first haircut and it was no worry needed!! Autumn was the only person in the salon she was so busy the phones were ringing off the hook and she handled it so well!!

We love it. Booking online is great, they are rarely running behind and if they are my son loves the indoor slide. I'm always amazed at how fast and how great of a job they do considering my child moves around so much. When my son was younger he was pretty awful and they were always so patient.

My 6 year old autistic son does so well here. He has been getting cuts here since he was 3. There are cute chairs and 4 tvs with kid friendly programs. We're always greeted in a kind manner. We always make online appointments so I can't speak on walk-ins, but it gets so busy that I can't imagine walking in and getting an appointment the same day. Our local location just put in a Xbox 360 with wireless controller. My son was so quiet and still being focused on the game. The stylists are so patient with him. We had Autumn the last couple times and she is always great and so patient.

We travel 45 minutes for our toddler's haircuts because Cookie Cutters is the best!!
