Autumn has cut my sons hair since his ver first cut 2 years ago. She is always friendly, always kind, always gentle, and always patient. Her cuts are always exactly what I've asked for if not better. Today I asked her to cut it a little shorter than what is usually done and it not only looks pristine, but Autumn took a tiny smidge of extra time to be picky, and get his hair to her standard. He would have been fine without Autumn taking that time, but she did and he looks amazing. We love her! (give her a raise)

I always feel like the haircuts are overpriced but it’s something I’m willing to deal with as long as the quality is at least decent. Today’s cut and experience was the worst we have experienced at cookie cutters so far. They seemed busy and the whole place seemed somewhat hectic which is understandable considering it was a Saturday morning. Thankfully we had an appointment and our wait was minimal. We were really disappointed, however, with the haircut my child got. As usual the stylist asked what we wanted to which I replied shoulder length and I believe I even showed it to her. She ended up cutting it to chin length. Every stylist we’ve ever had normally starts out cutting very conservatively and double checks while cutting in order to make sure they don’t cut too much. This stylist just cut and by the time I saw the length it would have been too late to do anything about it. My child was unhappy and I’m unhappy too. In general I had the impression of an assembly line, like the stylist didn’t care and just wanted to get the job done. I’m not a trained eye by any means but I truly wondered today as I watched the lady cut my child’s hair if she didn’t really know how to cut my child’s hair or didn’t care…or maybe even both. Honestly very disappointed and at this point I doubt I’ll be back.

We were not at all satisfied with our service. I paid extra for the shampoo with the haircut. The hair was not sectioned when she cut it. I barely noticed anything taken off. The hair was not sectioned when it was cut and then she dried a portion of her hair after and left it about 60% still wet. I got home wet down her hair anWe were not at all satisfied with our service. I paid extra for the shampoo with the haircut. The hair was not sectioned once she was done, cutting my daughters hair cut hair and brushed it so that I could dry it and it was uneven! Will not return and would like a refund.

Autumn D. Cut my son's hair today. She was fantastic! This is the second time we have booked with her and she does an amazing job. She kept talking with him while cutting his hair. He stayed happy the whole hair cut and made it a wonderful experience for our almost 2 year old. Thanks for doing such a great job. We will book with her again! 10/10
