Kristi is always so great with our son! She has been cutting his hair every few months since he was 11 months old. Now our son is almost 2 and just recently didn’t want to even sit in the chair, but Kristi was calm, gentle, and so patient. She was still able to cut his hair (although he had to sit on daddy’s lap this time around). Thank you Kristi for your patience and such great service every time!

Nora’s dad brought her in to get a trim and her bangs were cut one inch from her forehead straight across. There was no blending or anything resembling a good thought out hair cut. The stylist didn’t care and my husband said her daughter was in there running around. I did go back in same day to get it “fixed” which is impossible now. Not happy with the service. The stylist who tried to fix it was nice. Not sure if Carletta is the manager but she did not manage the situation at all.
