We tried a new stylist because our son needed a haircut today. Autumn wasn't working today. (She's fabulous!) Someone else cut my son's hair and she was not friendly, spoke unkind words to me, and I felt was a little rough with him. I will NEVER have her cut his hair again.

We were very disappointed with our experience today there. We went to this same place 5 years ago for our oldest first hair cut and it was a wonderful experience then which is why we decided to try again with our youngest today. We selected the 1st haircut package. There was no certificate or anything we recorded this time and no explanation why we didn’t get one. She did put some pieces of his hair in a bag for us at least. The girl who cut our child’s hair never introduced herself, she wasn’t friendly or presentable at all and it felt very rushed experience. She did not seem like she enjoyed her job at all. Never smiled and when we came 5 years ago that hair stylist tried bubbles and was so patience with our oldest to make this an enjoyable experience. We will definitely NOT be back at that cookie cutters again!!

If I book a certain stylist I expect to have that person to do my child’s hair. Not the “next” person in line to do it.

We had such a great experience! It was my 15 month olds first haircut and I was pretty nervous! The hairstylist did an amazing job and made us feel so comfortable. She was very kind and easy to talk to, and great with my son. What a fun experience!
