My son has been getting haircuts since he was 1. This place aims towards children and I’ve NEVER had an issue with the staff but I’m a little annoyed over the service received by Nae for my son’s visit. Children fidget and if you were having a bad day you should of just called off, she was visibly getting irritated when my son shifted, again, he is a toddler and in other experiences at this location the hairstylist just moved with him. We didn’t ask for anything intricate, in fact a cut that has been done before for him and it felt as if Nae was annoyed that she had to do this haircut. More like an old grumpy person scolding someone is the vibe she gave off. I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere else or drive to the Carmel location for better service. It’s sad how one person can ruin a whole experience.

Breanna was AMAZING! Wesley had his first haircut and was screaming and crying, but she did an amazing job trying to calm him down and the haircut was so quick and it looks fantastic! Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much Breanna!
