Time after time we choose this location and business because every single staff member treats our children like they are the most important client that day. They are patient and caring, all while doing an amazing cut on wiggling children lol! Job well done!

We had a great first experience! My kiddo cried the entire time but our hairstylist was very calming to My child and understanding for the tears. His hair looks adorable and we will be coming back for future haircuts!

They were running behind. We waited 45 mins past our appointment time. When it was my daughters turn the owner was rushing her. My daughter is only 2 and was very nervous. They were not as patient and understanding with small children as I had hoped. I paid for a first cut and didn't get her lock of hair they saved or got thrown out. I will not return and will not commend them to anyone.

We have been coming here for a long time with our 3 year old. I never experience anything but patience and gentle hands from the stylists. This time, I felt like the stylist was a bit pushy and was not as gentle as I’ve witnessed with others. I understand that toddlers are wiggly but pinching ears down when it hurts and squishing his face to hold it up when cutting bangs didn’t look great to me. I know this job has to be demanding and a stressful but this was a bit unsettling. She was very nice overall - other than when my kiddo would move his head the slightest bit. I will be more careful who I choose next time but did want you to know that I wasn’t happy this time.

My son cried the entire time, and the stylist seemed indifferent. He said he didn't like the blowdryer, and the stylist acknowledged it but kept using it. He sat still (while crying) and still got a crooked haircut that looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. I had no confidence she could fix it so I just accepted it to get the heck out of there and fixed it at home.
