I asked for just a trim with scissors for my son since he is still young and not too much hair. His hair was cut way to short and also the shaver was used leaving his hairline by his neck inches higher then it had been as well as above his ears. The first time I went to Cookie cutters he had a nice clean up and this time his hair is terribly short and the cut resembles a bowl cut and looks terrible.

We paid for the first hair cuts and we got envelopes of their hair with names on them but we didn't get the certificate. I thought the wife got them and she thought I got them. Didn't realize it until we were gone and we live over an hour away. I emailed corporate but haven't had a response. I was hoping they could just mail a form so we don't have to drive all the way back.
