Autumn was 15 mins late to start our appointment. There was another stylist there and she had two no-shows in a row and wasn’t busy. We did not request autumn, we wanted first available or any stylist. Why didn’t the other stylus just take us? That set the tone for the visit unfortunately

Kelsey always does an amazing job with my son’s hair! He is autistic and hair cuts have always been a struggle for him. He would get so upset it would cause him to throw up. Kelsey works quickly and gently during the process in order to make it the best experience for him. She allows him to get into positions that are move comfortable for him even if they make her job more difficult. She does amazing with him, and his hair always looks perfect when she’s finished! We are so glad to have her! His whole hair cutting experience has changed. Cannot recommend her enough!
