I keep coming back to try again but each time I am disappointed. The stylists I get aren't providing any suggestions or advice on what types of things you can do. My daughters hair is all one length and we came in for a normal trim. The stylist we had cut her hair pretty choppy and uneven, so much that each time she said she was done, I had to show her how uneven it was and the underneath layers were longer and showing, this happened twice. For a simple trim of a girls hair I would think the quality would be much better and I wouldn't have to correct or show the stylist what is wrong. If that was the case, not sure why I would pay $16 for a cut when I could have done that myself at home. I don't think I will be going back as I have tried multiple times now.

Autumn was 15 mins late to start our appointment. There was another stylist there and she had two no-shows in a row and wasn’t busy. We did not request autumn, we wanted first available or any stylist. Why didn’t the other stylus just take us? That set the tone for the visit unfortunately

Asked the hairdresser to cut some length off my daughter's hair and to give it shape but she only cut an inch off the bottom and didn't shape it and the inch she took off isn't symmetrical and very choppy. Won't be coming back and have to get her haircut somewhere else.

Walked in with my 3 yr old son at 2:20 pm. Two stylists and receptionist were standing at the counter. No customers. We were not greeted. I went over and asked for my son the get a cut. Takes about 10 min. Was told they don't have an opening until 3:15. We decided to wait but over the next hour, only 2 children came in with "appointments", leaving the staff to stand round doing nothing most of that time. When it was finally our turn, the stylist was very curt and told my son "just get up there". Asked me "how do you want it"? with a sigh. I said "Like last time,short on sides and a bit longer on top". "HOW SHORT"? she says. Well, I said "There should be a note on his client card, since we've been here a few times." With another exaggerated sigh, she goes and gets his info. Did the cut without saying a word to my son. Offered no movie or anything for him. The cut was rushed through and quite sloppily done. There were still no customers waiting. Was not thanked for coming in, was not thanked for the generous tip. I liked this location before, but in the future we will drive 10 min. further to a different one, hopefully with a staff that knows how to treat customers Very disappointed.

I was extrememly unhappy with my sons haircut. It was uneven and looked awful. We have been there a few times n never been so unhappy.
