Most children were not wearing masks. I hope this can be remedied! They also allowed a maskless kid to be right next to my son when many other seats were open.

Breanna was so great! Friendly and professional. She’s great with kids. My son’s first haircut looks so good! The store itself I feel could improve. A little outdated and the seats/play are are so dirty and old. The girls were doing great at sweeping and cleaning in between services I just think the store in general could use some updating.

Service and professionalism was wonderful. Environment, decor and seats the kiddos sit in are extremely outdated and dirty. Also a receptionist is much needed. The fact take the employees have to stop a hair cut to answer phones and check people in on the computer is crazy. They are doing too much. Let them focus on the kid in front of them and get someone to work the desk.
