Comment
Our appt was not in the system because we made our reservation online more than two weeks out. We were told this is how the online system works and we need to call day before and verify appt. That is silly! This needs to be changed. Also one of the stylist next to us was complaining about crying kids and kids who wouldn't sit still. Very unprofessional and obviously she is in the wrong field if this bothers her. Did not catch her name unfortunately.
