To Whom It May Concern, We have had multiple issues with the website over the last three years. Either our appointment has been double booked, doesn't show up on the store's computer even when I have a confirmation email, or now when I booked an appointment online for when the store wasn't even open. I had no idea that the store didn't open until 10am, but the website allowed for 9am appoinments. We arrived for our 9:30 & 9:45 haircuts, but the door was closed. Luckily Anita was setting up the store early and happily let us in. She gave both of my boys wonderful haircuts and we left very happy! The website needs major work.
