I've been to this Cookie Cutters location a few times. This is my second visit with my youngest. The first time we were treated EXCELLENTLY. Amanda treated us with so much respect and listened to what we wanted for our son's hair. This time we were booked with Cicily(?), she asked what we wanted and we said a little off the front to get it out of his eyes and a tiny trim in the back. She showed us a photo and we said yeah kinda like that but longer in the back. We didn't notice until we got home that his bangs are uneven, the back is very choppy. It's MUCH shorter in the back. She asked if it was "ok" during the cut after she had already started on the back and made it impossible to keep any of the length or curl.

I normally bring my child in for a haircut and never have an issue. But for some reason the woman that was working this morning was very short tempered and got snippy with my son a couple of different times which was highly unacceptable.

I asked her to leave his hair long on top and she cut it all off while I was answering questions from the hairdresser with my other son. The bangs are uneven but you might as well not even try to even them out because you’d have to shave his head it’s so short. He had more hair when he was born. Very unhappy that she didn’t listen to what I wanted or ask questions if she didn’t understand. I’m extremely unhappy as I could have buzzed his hair at home.
