Alicia is absolutely amazing. My son has sensory issues and the sound of the clippers can sometimes make him nervous. Alicia is always so patient and encouraging. Never once has she shown frustration or been upset that his haircut has taken a little longer. She is also very friendly and remembers the littlest details. When we come in the next time she always asks about those little details. My son now tells me when he thinks he needs a hair cut and always requests Alicia.

My sons hair got cut way too short from the normal length he usually gets. Very disappointed and displeased.

My Child has Autism he is 3 years old and getting a haircut twice a year has been more of a horror and terrifying experience to him I have tried a number of other salons but Cookie cutters were the first to do the job without having him cry, be scared, or anything on the contrary he was happy and enjoyed the Experience , his hair stylist was Alicia and she was by far the most experiences in handling kids like my boy and she made him feel accomplished by getting his hair cut which made him happy the rest of the day. I highly recommend this place I drove from Dearborn to Canton to get my child a haircut there
