Jennifer was wonderful and made sure my daughter was comfortable during her entire haircut. She was excellent at redirecting to make sure her head was positioned properly to ensure and even cut.

The receptionist looked and acted like she was miserable working there. No smiles or positive energy. The place was so over stimulating for a child getting a hair cut, yet alone a first hair cut. I would have like to see more calm and relaxing vibes not circus vibes. Maybe even another separate room for child that are crying through their whole hair cut. It was not pleasant for my child to have to hear that the entire time. The place also seemed very dirty. We won't be returning.

My 2 year old was cranky and crying during his haircut but Wendy was able to handle him and gave him a nice hair cut. She was very patient and supportive.

Absolutely disappointed with our cut today. So upset that our thanksgiving will be with this haircut.Ive been to cookiecutters several time but will never have this individual cut our kids hair again. Also extremely rude. Completely unprofessional and incompetent.

Alicia is amazing. She is professional, kind and works so kindly and patient with my special need child. She is the reason we keep coming back and telling my friends and family's about our excellent experience at Cookie Cutters in Canton, MI. Plus the pay gym is one of the most brilliant things I have ever encounter at a haircut place. Well done.
