We arrived a little early for our appointment and still ended up having to wait about 15 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. Our child is pretty young, so it was difficult to keep him entertained while he waited. I was also a little disappointed to see that only one staff member was wearing a mask. COVID cases are at their highest ever in our state, and most young children either can’t yet wear, or refuse to wear a mask. One of the staff members was coughing, and that made us nervous. We did end up asking our stylist to wear a mask, and she put a fresh one on for us, but it was awkward to have to ask, and she seemed a little annoyed that we did. Other than those things, the experience was actually really great. We were really impressed with how the TVs have literally every different streaming app and we were able to easily pick our child’s favorite show. We were also impressed with the way the stylist spoke to our child while she was cutting the hair. She explained everything she was doing and let them touch the clippers before she used them. She did exactly what we asked for the haircut and even spent a few minutes trying to get them to look at the camera for a picture. Overall, I would go back and recommend the salon to others!
