The haircuts were good for the most part. We will not be returning to cookie cutters because the front desk staff was very rude to us during this visit. Didn’t greet us when we entered or was friendly to my kids and myself. Also offered the kids in front of us, who were checking out, balloons but my kids had to stand there and ask in order to get one balloon for the two of them. We’ve been loyal customers to cookie cutters for years but after this rude experience, we will take our business elsewhere

I'm not sure what the name of our stylist was but she was amazing!! My son cried and screamed then entire time and she handled him soo professionally and cut his hair perfectly!!
