It looked like they were really understaffed. It says they take walk-ins, but they are not staffed to take walk-ins, because I was a walk-in and had to wait quite a while to get in, and other walk-ins came in and had to leave because of the wait. Also, my son was getting his first professional hair cut, he's 13 months old. The stylist tried to use an electric trimmer and it scared my son, and the whole rest of the time he cried and screamed. I felt like the stylist should have known that it might scare him. To be fair, she did ask me first if she could use it, but I didn't really know what the tool was when she was asking me about it, and I didn't know it was going to be so loud. I felt like someone with her experience should have known that babies would not like that tool.

When we were there the lady cutting my sons hair got distracted a couple of times. My son was crying so I understand he wasn't the easiest to cut. But when you stop cutting to talk to someone that just came in and it wasn't about business I think that was rude and unprofessional. She did that twice. If it was about business I could be more understanding but it wasn't.

We are super happy with the cut and stylist. I'm disappointed that we missed a haircut on the loyalty card through no fault of our own and they cannot fix that.

I have an autistic child in on this visit the Stylist was not as successful and controlling his temper as she was the very first time we went there I believe more attention could be given to making the child feel more comfortable and at ease before getting a haircut specially if the child is autistic

The stylist was extremely nice and did a quick job. She was very kind to my son.
