My only complaint is that the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong in the salon I actually looked around to see if someone was smokinh while I was there. This bothered me since I was there for my child's haircut.

Went in with my 2 kids because I had a punchcard that was filled up and I wanted to redeem my free cut. Service was good, the stylist was great. However, at check out I was told they would not honor my punch card. No expiration date on card. This was the only reason I went to this salon...as my kids are older now, and it is not super close to where I live. The stylist did offer me $2 off, appreciated but pretty far from the $18 I was expecting to get off.

I preferred one stylist to the other. The decor is very cute, kid friendly and comfortable. My sons hair turned out super cut. She did a very good job, especially with him moving as much as he did. She was very personable and nice. I liked that she gave us direct on how we could help her to improve him getting a good cut.

I had appointments at 5pm. They were running behind which is fine. But they were going to put someone else who had later appointments in front of my 2nd child until I complained. They handled it well, but people with earlier appointments should always have higher priority over walk-ins and later appointments.

I made the appointment with one stylist, Mary, and when I arrived I was scheduled with someone else. The confirmation I received was correct and listed Mary. I don't know if this was a computer glitch or human error, but I was frustrated that I had to wait when I made an appointment.
